LITA of Marin

Taking the lonely out of aging since 1975

LITA's new video features several amazing volunteers and their dear friends who live in long-term care facilities around Marin. Made possible by a grant from Marin County Supervisor Judy Arnold, it was produced by Pam Haessly and Gary Howell of Jazzed About Media.
Holiday Gifts for the Elderly
Each year LITA collects, wraps and distributes new gifts for elders living in long-term care who would otherwise not receive a gift during the holidays. To find out how you can help, please click here.

We need your energy, commitment and generosity to help combat loneliness among elders living in our community.

Get Involved

There are many ways to get involved to combat loneliness among elders in our community. You can make a tax-deductible donation, visit an elderly person who has no family or bring your pet on visits to a care facility.

If you'd like more information, feel free to call us at (415) 472-5482 and/or submit the form below. We will respond as quickly as possible.
